User Terms
Welcome to CloudMSG, a service powered by Divine Media Technology. By registering for or using our WhatsApp API services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Usage
The WhatsApp API is provided solely for business communication purposes.
You may not use the service for sending spam, illegal content, unsolicited messages, or for any purpose prohibited by law.
Each account is tied to one WhatsApp number and cannot be shared across multiple entities unless authorized.
2. Data Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy. All customer data, messages, and contact lists are stored securely.
You are responsible for the security of your API credentials and panel login.
CloudMSG will never share your data with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
3. Content Policy
You agree NOT to use CloudMSG for sending content that is:
Abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing
Obscene or pornographic
Religious or politically sensitive (without compliance)
Fraudulent, misleading, or promoting scams
In violation of WhatsApp’s Business Policy or Commerce Policy
4. Number Suspension & Ban
If your WhatsApp number is flagged or banned by WhatsApp due to violation of usage policies, CloudMSG is not liable.
Refunds are not applicable for banned numbers. We will assist in reactivation if possible, but final decisions rest with WhatsApp.
5. Fair Usage
CloudMSG reserves the right to limit, throttle, or suspend services in cases of excessive or abusive message sending.
Broadcasts must comply with user opt-in policies and message frequency limits.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments are to be made in advance.
No refunds will be processed for services already activated or partially used.
Inactive accounts after 30 days without recharge may be deactivated without notice.
7. Support
Technical support is provided via WhatsApp & email during business hours (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST).
Emergency support is available only for paid clients and critical issues.
8. Liability
CloudMSG is not responsible for message delivery delays due to network issues, carrier downtime, or WhatsApp server outages.
You are fully responsible for the message content and consequences of communication through your panel.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued usage of the service after updates implies your acceptance.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Madhya Pradesh, India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Harda District Court.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using our services.
